Declaration of Confidentiality
By registering as a Distributer I agree with General Terms and Conditions for Platform www.inventedfor.com (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms and Conditions”) and hereby expressly confirm and guarantee that:
- I have read and understand General Terms and Conditions,
- I agree to be bound by General Terms and Conditions,
- I am the official legal representative or have the power of attorney to act in the name of the Company acting as Distributer;
- I shall provide accurate, current and complete personal and contact information,
- I shall maintain the confidentiality of my account and password and shall refrain any third person from accessing and /or using my Platform Account,
- I accept responsibility for all activities that occur under my account or password,
- I shall refrain from taking any action or uploading, posting, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting to or via the Platform www.inventedfor.com (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) any User Content that might infringe or violate any third party rights or any law or regulation or contractual or fiduciary relationship or that might contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other harmful computer programming routines or unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials;
- I shall refrain from attempts to gain access to any other User’s account or password and from attempts to modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or discover the source code of the Platform;
- I shall use all the data, information and materials posted into the Idea Warehouse solely in order to realize my potential interest to purchase the Rejected Product Idea for its further development and/or commercialization;
- I shall make all the communication regarding my interest to purchase one or more of the Rejected Product Ideas from the Idea Warehouse via I4 and that I shall refrain from each direct communication with the Idea Owner;
- I accept and agree to be bound by the following Non-disclosure Statement:
“I shall treat all the data, documentation, information and materials from the Platform www.inventedfor.com (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) as confidential information and shall not use them for any purposes other than realization of my interest to purchase one or more of the Rejected Product Ideas. Furthermore, I shall strictly respect copyrights and other Intellectual Property Rights belonging to either I4 or third persons which are related to Product Ideas, published on the Platform. I shall not copy, sell, disclose Product Ideas or take any action that might infringe Idea Owner’s Intellectual Property Rights incorporated in Product Idea.”
- I shall without hesitation inform I4 about any existing market products that are identical or similar to submitted Product Ideas;
- I shall compensate I4 for any damages caused by violation of any of my obligations stated above and in General Terms and Conditions.
